SCRAPS... Monaco Poster

Okay, this is going to be the only poster for at least the rest of the month (cuz I'm in NaNoWriMo~) and I'll probably be reeeeeeally slow repling to anything. If you stay true, then I shall try my very best to make more posters (like say... 5?) by Christmas.

Quick explaination: this cat showed up in a recent episode and at first I thought it was Belguim. I hadn't done a poster of her yet, so I started thinking up ideas. then I looked up her picture for some ideas and found... it wasn't her. so I thought of the only other character I know with a ribbon, did some confirming, and lo and behold, it was Monaco.

So that's that.
